Milo Speranzo was off on another mission. After moving back to his hometown located in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA it was evident that what he so fondly remembered from his childhood had dramatically changed. People were moving away, there was less laughter and positivity, less community. Something needed to be done, and he had an idea of what could help.
Our Roasters
We use a 100% convection roasting method, made possible with Typhoon Roasters, which are energy-efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable. With convection roasting, the coffee beans are less affected by external factors, including temperature and humidity changes. Convection roasters do not accumulate thermal energy throughout the day which helps keep the temperature both inside and outside of the roaster more stable.
