Returns & Exchanges

  • For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on roasted beans.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Non-coffee merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel) may be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
